This policy explains how Primeluck Arts, trading as PrimeLuck Arts ( (we),ldquo;we (we),rdquo;), handles personal data on primeluckartsacademy.com. We process personal data in line with the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019.

What we collect

Enquiry details: name, email, phone and the message you send.
Account details when the academy opens: name, email and password (stored as a secure hash).
Learning records: courses joined, lessons completed and the artwork you upload with teacher feedback.
Payment records: amount, date, reference and status. Card and M-Pesa details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored by us.
Basic technical data such as IP address and browser type, used for security and to keep the site running.

Why we use it

To answer enquiries and deliver the programmes you sign up for.
To give feedback on your work and track your progress.
To process payments and keep financial records.
To secure the site and meet legal obligations.

Children

Learners under 18 need a parent or guardian to register and consent on their behalf. Schools that enrol students are responsible for having the right permissions in place.

Who we share it with

We use service providers to run the academy: hosting (Vercel), database and file storage (Supabase), video delivery, and payment processing (Paystack, including M-Pesa). They process data only to provide those services. Some of these providers store data outside Kenya. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and follow up. Account and learning records are kept while your account is active. Financial records are kept for the period the law requires. You can ask us to delete your account.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw consent. You may also complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner of Kenya.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and the site secure. If we add analytics or advertising cookies we will ask for your consent first.
