Terms and conditions
Last updated: 1 October 2026
These terms apply to your use of this website and to programmes offered by Primeluck Arts, trading as PrimeLuck Arts. By enrolling or paying you agree to them.
Programmes and access
Programme content, dates and fees are described at the time of enrolment. Online course access is personal to the account holder and may not be shared or resold. We may update or improve course material over time.
Fees and payment
Fees are shown in Kenya shillings (KES) unless stated otherwise and are payable at enrolment through our payment provider, by M-Pesa or card. Access begins once payment is confirmed.
Refunds and cancellation
Online courses:
- You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have accessed no more than 20 percent of the course lessons.
- After that, fees are not refundable, unless access was not provided as described and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time.
In-person classes and school programmes:
- Cancel at least 7 days before the start date for a full refund.
- Cancel less than 7 days before, or after the programme has started, and the fee is not refundable. We will usually transfer you once to a later class if you ask.
- If we cancel or reschedule a class and you cannot attend the new date, you can choose a full refund or a transfer.
How to claim: email primelucklimited@gmail.com with your name, the programme and your payment reference. Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method (M-Pesa or card) within 14 days. Nothing here limits your rights under Kenyan consumer protection law.
Your artwork
You keep ownership of the artwork you create and submit. You give us permission to view it, store it and give feedback on it. We will only display it publicly, for example in a gallery, with your written permission, or a parent's or guardian's permission for learners under 18.
Our content
Lessons, videos, guides and the PrimeLuck method are our intellectual property. You may use them for your own learning, and may not copy, record, distribute or resell them.
Conduct
Be respectful to teachers and other learners. We may suspend access for abuse, sharing of accounts or misuse of the platform.
Liability
We take reasonable care in providing our programmes but do not guarantee specific outcomes. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
